• Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, please submit your request in writing by Tuesday, October 7, 2025, to be eligible for a refund. Please note that a $195 administration fee will be deducted from your refund.  You can transfer your registration to another member within your company. Utility company team discounts: 

• Register 2 to 4 and receive a 10% discount. 
• Register 5 or more individuals from the same Company and receive a 15% discount.
